Personal Accident Insurance.
Parking and traffic fines.
Out of hour charges.
Additional items such as child seats, GPS, ski racks.

What documentation must I present to collect the car?

You must present a valid credit card under your name, a valid driving license, an ID as well as your prepaid voucher.

How old must I be to rent a car?

You must be 25 or older to rent a car. However, if you are between 21 and 25, you can rent with us. There is an underage fee that you will pay locally.

When do I receive the prepaid voucher?

Prepaid vouchers are sent shortly after the booking is made. If you do not receive the voucher after 48 hs of submitting your booking, please contact I book a car.

Can I get a specific brand or make of the car?

We cannot guarantee a specific brand, we guarantee the cartype.

Who do I contact in case I need to amend my booking?

You can either call our callcentre or send us and email. There is no extra charge for any amendments made to your car rental.

Who do I contact in case I need to cancel the booking?

You must send an email to Please bear in mind that for cancellations a charge equivalent to one day rental will be made as cancellation fee.

I returned the car earlier. Do I get a refund?

We cannot offer refunds for any unused portion of your rental.
I have the car and I need to extend the rental period.

I returned the car later than scheduled without informing I book a car.
You will be charged for the extra period at the local rates.

What happens if the vehicle requested is not available after I submitted the request?

We will inform you and offer alternative options.

Can I make one-way rentals?

Yes, you can. Generally they have an extra cost. You will be informed before you receive the voucher.
